New research on Erin Ventures shows massive undervaluation

(Mannheim/Victoria) The Canadian company Erin Ventures Inc. specialises in the exploration of deposits of the chemical element boron.

Boron is one of the most versatile raw materials and is used in thousands of everyday objects. Boron and its borate compounds are mainly used to harden glass, ceramics and steel.

In the course of climate change and the initiated energy turnaround, the element is becoming increasingly important. For example, around 50 kilograms of boron are contained in a current electric car, and up to 6,375 kilograms in an offshore wind turbine. Credit Suisse expects the boron market to grow by up to 1,000% by 2050.

In the past, a global duopoly was formed between Turkey and the USA for the production of boron. Together, these countries supply more than three quarters of the super material produced worldwide. But reserves are scarce and demand already exceeds supply.

With this in mind, analysts at MMG Capital in London took a closer look at the company based on Erin Ventures' recently published PEA study and found it to be massively undervalued.
