Pursuant to sec. 21(1) WpHG, Varitronix (B.V.I.) Limited, Hongkong, People's Republic of China notified that their percentage of voting rights in Data Modul AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 25th of September 2007 and amounts to 3.04% (97,338 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.04% (97,338 voting rights) are to be attributed to Varitronix (B.V.I.) Limited pursuant to section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights that are attributed to Varitronix (B.V.I.) Limited are held via the following company which is controlled by them and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% or more in Data Modul AG: - Varitronix Investment Limited


Pursuant to sec. 21(1) WpHG, Varitronix (B.V.I.) Limited, Hongkong, People's Republic of China, notified that their percentage of voting rights in Data Modul AG exceeded the threshold of 5% on 7th of November 2007 and amounts to 5.23% (167,680 voting rights) as per this date.
