Revocation of the admission of the shares of Constantin Medien AG to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Ismaning, September 23, 2019 - Today on Monday, September 23, 2019, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange announced that it has approved the application of Constantin Medien AG (ISIN DE0009147207, WKN 914720) and revokes the admission of the shares of Constantin Medien AG to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The revocation becomes effective with a period of three trading days after publication of the revocation. The revocation was published on September 23, 2019 on the homepage of Deutsche Börse AG, so that the revocation will take effect from the end of September 26, 2019. At the same time, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ordered that the revocation decision shall have immediate effect (sofortige Vollziehung).
