Munich, 11 June 2024 - Following receipt of an interim distribution from the insolvency proceedings of SolarWorld AG in the total amount of EUR 17.3 million for the 2014/2019-2 bond with the WKN A1YCN1 and EUR 6.1 million for the 2014/2019-1 bond with the WKN A1YDDX, the Joint Representatives now ask the bondholders of the 2014/2019-2 bond with the WKN A1YCN1 and the 2014/2019-1 bond with the WKN A1YDDX of SolarWorld AG to contact the settlement agent and provide it with the information necessary for the settlement of the transfer:

To this end, the Joint Representatives request
  • the sending of a certificate in text form from the custodian bank of the bondholder concerned regarding the ownership of the above-mentioned bonds, which contains the full name and address of the bondholder and indicates the number of bonds credited to the bondholder's securities account with this custodian bank at 0:00 hours on 14 May 2024.
  • Details of the securities account in which the bonds are held
    • Custodian bank
    • IBAN of the clearing account
    • Securities account or account holder
The payment of the pro rata amounts less the remuneration of the Joint Representatives resolved in the creditors' vote without meeting from 9 to 13 September 2021 will be made shortly after receipt of the documents as a credit to the securities accounts or accounts of the entitled bondholders. The payment is deemed to be (partial) satisfaction of the claims from the Solarworld bonds registered in the insolvency table.
