We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 17th October 2008 our voting interest in Mensch Und Maschine Software (located at Argelsrieder Feld 5, 82234 Wessling, Germany) fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2.91% (395,501 voting rights) on this day.
2.91% of the voting rights (395,501 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
