RentGuarantor Holdings PLC was incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 as a private limited company with registered number 10510999 on 5 December 2016 under the name Ezylet Limited.
RentGuarantor Holdings PLC was re-registered as a public limited company on 6 December 2017 with the name Ezylet Plc with registered number 10510999 and registered office at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 9EE. The Company changed its name to RentGuarantor Holdings Plc on 30 March 2021 by special resolution passed on 25 March 2021 and registered at Companies House on 30 March 2021.
RentGuarantor Holdings PLC provides a rent guarantee service to tenants wishing to rent property in the UK from the Private Rental Sector. The rent guarantee service is an online service where applications can be managed on a secure and bespoke digital platform designed and built by RentGuarantor Holdings PLC.
