On 13 February 2008 Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, London, England, has notified us pursuant to Section 21 Par. 1 WpHG, that they exceeded the 3% threshold on 8 February 2008 and held 3.03% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,936,404 shares with voting rights) in SGL Carbon AG.
Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited was attributed these 3.03% of the voting rights in pursuant to Section 22 Par. 1 Sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with Section 22 Par. 1 Sent. 2.
